Refund policy

We always want our customers to be satisfied with their orders when they arrive but we understand that not everything can be as expected. If you would like to return your product(s), please contact us at info@clydesidecandles.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and we will get the process started for you.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for return postage costs and the safe delivery of all returned products. Please keep proof of postage for reference - we recommend using a tracked delivery service.

The full value of the returned product(s) will be refunded provided the products have not been used, are in their original condition and original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund delivery fees applied during checkout.
